Fendercare Marine responds to shipowner demand by releasing additional pneumatic fenders for hire
Responding to demand from ship owners and shipping lines urgently needing to temporarily lay-up parts of their fleets, Fendercare Marine has moved swiftly to release additional pneumatic fenders for rental.
‘We know owners have to act quickly’ says Fendercare Marines product sales manager, Sonia Crane. ‘The effects of the Coronavirus pandemic on the global economy is forcing difficult decisions on the marine industry, and we’re here to help our customers through this situation.’
‘We have a ready stock of high-quality Yokohama pneumatic fenders for immediate hire, ranging in size from 1.2 x 2.0 to 4.5 x 9.0, with bases in Peterhead, Ellon, Govan, Rosyth and Leith for Scotland and Seething, Norfolk for the rest of the UK, we can supply quickly and efficiently’, she explained.
Fendercare Marine has also released additional fenders across its worldwide network for hire to assist international owners needing to remove vessels from service. Its products team can also supply chains, ropes and anchors, should additional mooring aids be needed in a hurry.
