Looking back at International Energy Week
JF Fendercare’s 2024 IE Week customer networking event
James Fisher Fendercare (JF Fendercare) held a brunch at Bonds in Mayfair, London, as part of International Energy Week (IE Week), a global meeting for those in the energy industry to discuss key issues facing the industry, share ideas and form new partnerships.
The event is an important date in the calendar for industry leaders, with 2024’s focus on ‘exploring global scenarios for energy and climate’ – with the energy transition being one of the most significant issues of our time.
As the leading provider of ship-to-ship (STS) transfers globally, JF Fendercare is committed to aiding the sustainable energy transition and has responded to growing customer demand by further investing in and developing our LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) STS solutions, as well as looking at further ways we can support the world’s transition to a low carbon future.
We’ve held a networking event at IE Week for over 15 years, to reflect and celebrate customer achievements, understand emerging market dynamics and to discuss upcoming developments in the energy industry.
Mike Dormer, commercial manager explained:
“It was great to keep the IE week tradition rolling. It’s an industry and JF Fendercare institution! It was wonderful to see old friends, partners and colleagues under one roof. And a good opportunity to share stories of the past and expectations for the future.
"We are proud of the event - our team worked hard to put it together, bringing our colleagues, partners and customers together and creating a relaxed atmosphere for industry leaders to share insights. We are already looking forward to next year, when we hope to see everyone again, as well as lots of new faces."
