Composite hoses
Our versatile composite marine hoses can support a wide range of operations, delivering enhanced safety, ease of handling, reliability and longevity.
From 1” to 10” bore, our advanced robust composite hoses can be custom made to your specifications, considering all usage criteria and the immediate environment. Hoses can even be colour coordinated to match your existing system. All our composite hoses meet national and international standards including BSEN13765 or BSEN13766, IMO, IBC and IGC codes.
Ship-to-ship transfer hoses (Ohm hoses)
Our rubber ship-to-ship (STS) hoses from Yokohama have been specially designed and widely used for offshore STS transfer operations, with an enviable reputation for reliability and longevity of service in the harshest operating conditions.
The outstanding characteristics of our STS hoses include:
- Heavy duty design - a high safety factor gives a burst resilience of more than five times the operating pressure
- Helix wire free construction - unlike hoses incorporating helix wire, our STS hoses suffer no permanent deformation when kinked and recover their shape even after slight vacuum during operation
- Electrically semi continuous - resolving problems of static charge build up and dispersal
LNG hoses
We also offer specialised hoses for liquified natural gas (LNG) transfer. These transfers require highly controlled conditions, and JF Fendercare supplies high-quality cryogenic hoses which maintain the product's stability and ensures the safety of all personnel.
Marine hose accessories and spare parts
We offer a multitude of accessories for hose operations and hose transportation. We also have all the necessary documentation for safety and due diligence.
After any assembly/disassembly operation, we can supply missing parts in order to maintain mandatory stock at the shore base to support effective hose operations and to be in a position to assemble/disassemble the offloading line upon request.
A full stock inventory would be carried out and a gap analysis conducted on the minimum spares required in line with industry guidelines.
