Oceanmoor

A polypropylene 3, 4 and 8 strand co-polymer rope possess all the attributes of a standard polypropylene rope but with the advantage of enhanced abrasion resistance and a significantly increased breaking load making for an economical option to staple PP and polyamides.

Oceanmoorflex

Fendercare Marine has overseen the full range of testing of our mixed fibre Oceanmoorflex rope to transition to full MEG4 compliance.

Oceanmoorflex rope remains the trusted brand used by global operators and with the MEG4 accredited certification, will form the basis of effective line management plans.

A high tenacity polypropylene rope combined with polyester yarn supplies a higher breaking strength with increased abrasion resistance and a lower elongation with dimensional stability. Suitable for a wide range of marine mooring and towing applications.

Oceansupaflex high tenacity polyester/polypropylene composite fibre supplies a higher breaking strength with superior abrasion resistance, and lower elongation with dimensional stability.

  • Excellent abrasion and frictional heat resistance
  • Excellent shock absorption with low elongation
  • Specific gravity 1.1 neutrally buoyant

Ocean nylon rope

Supplied with a protected eye at each, ocean 100% nylon (polyamide) eight-strand rope is designed for high energy absorption for mooring applications, possessing qualities that ensure extreme durability whilst remaining soft and easy to handle.
