Delivering equipment to the world’s first FLNG facility for Shell

Fendercare was awarded a contract to supply much needed mooring and monitoring equipment for this important new vessel.

In summer 2012, Shell started to build the world’s first Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) facility. The vessel holds the potential to unlock vital energy resources offshore, without the need to lay pipelines and build processing plants on land.
